I travel frequently for work, and Panera is usually one of my go-to stops because of its cleanliness, ingredient quality, and food consistency. Unfortunately, none of these apply to the Howell Panera. My wife and I have repeatedly received poorly assembled sandwiches, salads with wilted lettuce and spinach, and soups that are both burnt and cold. Howell Panera, please improve your quality control and stop negatively impacting the reputation of the entire franchise.

I went to check on the delay and fou... read more This is the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever visited! The place is dirty, tables aren’t cleaned, and the service takes forever. I went to check on the delay and found at least four male employees in the back loudly chatting about things unrelated to their work. They were very rude and showed no apology. The only employee on shift was a young light-skinned woman with glasses, but I had already canceled my order by then. I strongly recommend skipping this Panera and going to Brick instead!
