Chicken noodle soup very small portion and had no chicken in it at all. Signature chicken sandwich arrived totally cold. Overpriced compared to the quality.

I go there often since my place of work is nearby, the staff there are always so nice and they make the atmosphere a friendly and a welcoming one! Thank you for all you guys do!

The food was enjoyable, but we had a few concerns during our visit. We believe it's essential for anyone handling food to always wear a mask, regardless of the COVID pandemic situation. We noticed some staff not wearing masks and chatting while preparing food.

If you've ever had the opportunity to enjoy Panera's bread bowls, you know how frustrating it can be to find out that only one of the four bowls you ordered is available. Although this was disappointing, I managed to remain optimistic about the situation. I must commend the manager—I'm assuming he was in charge due to his professional demeanor. If the young man with short brown hair and a red shirt isn't a manager yet, he definitely deserves a promotion! He went above and beyond to ensure my bread bowl cravings were satisfied. I've always loved Panera for their delicious food, but this experience reminded me of how much I appreciate their outstanding staff. You all are wonderful, and I will definitely try to avoid the end-of-day rush for bread bowls next time. Thank you for your excellent service!
