What Heli Pihlak doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:

I still cannot believe the online coupons, they save me at least 30% on every order. Solid pizza for how cheap it is. New tan of the thin crust here. Never had a mix up in orders, workers are always friendly.
Brandon from the Howell Michigan location delivered our Pizza in a timely and expedient manner..he was polite, clean cut and very professional! Very nice to receive such great service!!
EDIT: This was originally a one star review for an issue I had with an order that ruined my experience to the point I didn't eat the rest of my food and was just going to write it off as a learning experience and not order from this store again. That being said after seeing the review I initially posted, the store manager contacted me. He seemed more upset than me with what had happened and went far out of his way to make it right. The order was comped without my asking and many apologies were given. New policies were put into place so that what happened to me won't happen again. Everyone makes mistakes but its how you fix them that really matters. I believe what happened was an honest mistake and I would order from this store again.

Pizza was absolutely delicious! And the predicted wait time ended up being shorter. The cashier who rang me up was very friendly. Will definitely order here again!
