The service was the best thing about China Moon. The young man who helped me was extremely kind and very helpful. This is no longer an eat in restaurant to it is take out only so the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. The food was hot but not the best they've ever made. View all feedback.

First and last time buying food from here. When walking in the front door, you are greeted with a used mop and bucket...kind of ruins one's appetite. The young guy helping hand out the bags of food was very nice however, the food quality was pretty bad. The shrimp were gritty, fried rice tasteless, wonton soup-4 wontons-also blah. Egg roll was ok. Best Chinese food hands down in Monmouth county. Been coming here for years the employees are so amazing sweet, patient, friendly and talented. Don bother with ANY other Chinese food in Howell. I have tried them all and nothing on them
I hate to do this but I feel like I must, the food was honestly just not good. Tasted old, dry and sour when it shouldn’t. Maybe it was a bad night but I certainly won’t be going back.
China1, in the Regal Plaza strip northbound route 9 in Howell. There is not a separate entrance for Regal Plaza, rather, you must be a local that knows you must use the entrance for the preceding Dollar General store in order to gain access to the Regal Plaza parking lot. There is no exit, either, you must use the White Castle exit, so be careful as the drive-thru dumps right across the exit lane from the strip mall.China1 however offers the typical expansive Chinese food menu, ready in minutes, and delicious. They do seem to run out of common ingredients however, such as brown rice.
China 1 is the only Chinese restaurant I will order from, their food is top quality! I love the kung po chicken and the chicken and broccoli plus the servings are very large!!!
The food is absolutely delicious, well-priced and the staff are wonderfully polite. My only concern is that the red eared slider turtle housed here seems to have an eye infection, and I hope the poor little guy gets treatment soon.
