So I ordered a pizza a couple weeks back, and it took 2 Freaking Hours to get, and it was stone cold. We called and the manager stated they would credit back the order amount on a future order since they had already collected the money. Today, we called to get the promised reorder, and we’re told we would only get a credit for $10.00, less than half what had been promised. I will NEVER get pizza from here again. View all feedback.
I recommend placing your order at least 2 hours in advance to avoid hunger. In my experience, out of the 4 times I ordered from here, 3 times it took 2 hours or longer. I will not be ordering from here again.
I ordered a turkey sandwich that supposedly came with salad, tomato, and mayo. I was informed that these were additional toppings and not included. After questioning further, I was told to reach out to the franchise owners as this was misleading.
The staff at this restaurant is always courteous. The food consistently exceeds expectations, and I have no complaints about the delivery time, especially considering that other places will not deliver to my location. Overall, this restaurant is top-notch in every aspect!
I ordered to deliver them up to 145 clock at 11 o'clock. When I called the 2nd time and they laughed that the delivery driver has not left yet, they know they told me that he was 40 minutes ago.
There are Better Choices out there lol. Yeah you guys have to start caring about the food you're serving. NOPE!
