The ambiance was excellent. The restaurant was bustling with activity. The staff were attentive without being too pushy. The only downside was that it could use a bit more lighting, as it was hard to read the menu and card machine. Overall, it was a fantastic birthday dinner. Thank you. View all feedback.
What Pablo Spinka doesn't like about Hangleton Manor:
I always rate the food really highly here but last week it was a little disappointing. I did try something different though, the British Ham and Eggs. The eggs were perfect but the ham was only just warm and very thin. I think I expected something more like a gammon slice, rather than a thick slice of ham. Everyone else was very happy with their meals so maybe this just wasn't the right meal fro me I'll stick to the... View all feedback.
This absolutely gorgeous building is just around the corner of my house but because of hearing several people say that the food is not very good, I had
Whilst the pub boasts one off-the-wall best beer gardens within Brighton and hove the pub itself is a bit small.
Oh what a beautiful venue! Best on a beautiful day! The gardens are fab and so is the beer, why don't you visit today! I've been to hangleton manor many
Once more, no good experience. Menu was very limited, extremely expensive, menu was unreadable by very small font and bad lighting. I ordered steak, and said to the very nice and polite waitress, I will cook it medium too well, but I want to be able to eat it. No blood please, so make sure it is shown without blood. That didn't happen, and the steak was very ****. You obviously don't have a real, experienced cook. Steak is not difficult to cook exactly how the customer likes it, nothing could be easier. My wife and son ate their choice, but there was so little to choose. The drinks were very expensive, I myself ordered a warehouse with lime and was calculated 65p for the lime, although I lacked so much storage. No other good, customer-specific restaurant costs for the drop of lime. There were only a few people eating on a Saturday night, but we booked and eat in a restaurant in Hassocks at least once a month, large menu choice and full of people every time, and the same drinks are at least one third lower than the Hangleton Manor, calculate for lime and exce3llent lighting. We know about the years that were eaten at the Manor in Hangleton, and are not even satisfied.
Beautiful dinner, generous portions, fabulous food beautifully cooked with magnificent flavors. Good selection of typical gastropub food in a restaurant. Beautiful bar also with good selection of beer and wines. Great ambience. Always a darling
