I ordered the “supreme,” which was described as chicken, cream, mushrooms, and bacon (similar to a carbonara I assumed)... read more I visited today expecting a creamy dish. I ordered the “supreme,” which was described as chicken, cream, mushrooms, and bacon (similar to a carbonara I assumed). What arrived was plain pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce. I spent the entire meal confused, trying to find the chicken and mushrooms I thought I’d ordered. When I politely raised the issue while paying the bill, I was met with denial. The staff insisted I had ordered meatballs and tomato pasta, despite my clear recollection. Rather than acknowledging a possible mix-up or offering any resolution, I felt dismissed and subtly gaslit. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this left a sour taste. They also charged £15 for it which wasn’t the best as it was just as good as any microwave meal you can get for £2. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
