Be careful ordering online for this location because if you need to cancel for any reason, you will likely not get a refund. I placed an online order almost 3 w... read more Be careful ordering online for this location because if you need to cancel for any reason, you will likely not get a refund. I placed an online order almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not received a promised refund. The store manager was not helpful and even resistant to helping me get a refund on a canceled order. I went to the store twice to get the refund, provided a receipt and still cannot get a refund. The store manager said that he provided the information to the district manager and that 's all he could do. I still haven 't seen the refund and store manager told me that he was done talking to me about the refund. I told him that I was happy to escalate (wouldn 't want to burden him any further of course) and follow up with the district manager, but he refused to provide any contact information. I will be contacting my bank about the refund, but this store should take responsibility. Don 't ever do an online order with this store!
