Wendy's - Houston

It's a decent option in a pinch. I usually aim for healthier choices, but I do miss having a side salad instead of fries. The staff is always attentive. However, the lighting can be a bit dim at times, making it feel closed off.

I received exactly what I ordered, and it was served hot. The operation is smooth and efficient. Now, a quick note that isn’t directly related to the restaurant: I've seen some of you waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, idling your cars and running the AC as if gas is free at $5 a gallon. If you can’t park, consider going inside to enjoy the AC. Let’s keep the drive-thru for those who really need it, like parents with young kids or people with dogs.

I decided to try the strawberry and it was incredible—definitely the best flavor I've had so far. Great job, Wendy's!

Got what I ordered and it was hot. Smooth an efficient operation.What follows has nothing to do with the restaurant. Some of y'all out here waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. Idling your cars, running the AC. Y'all acting like gas is free instead of 5. Park, go inside, enjoy the AC. Leave the drive thru for people who can't park, like people with small kids or a dog.

Drink is probably the only reason why i gave 2 stars Fries taste like they have been under the heating lamp. Not fresh. Didn't even get a receipt. Very disappointed
