Uncle Tongs Chinese - Houston

Harry, our waiter, was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious and served quickly. After being in Houston for about 6 weeks, this restaurant quickly became our favorite spot.

This Chinese restaurant, Tang Palace, offers an authentic dining experience with top-notch chefs in a brand new environment. Guests can enjoy their meals outdoors, sip on coffee and various beverages, and are greeted with a warm welcome. The menu features a unique blend of Chinese and Western fast food, along with complimentary soups to choose from. The restaurant has a rich history, with the owner Harry known for his attentive service and commitment to quality. Ingredients are carefully sourced, diverse, and prepared with a focus on hygiene, health, and sustainability. Tang Palace enjoys a strong reputation in the Houston food and beverage scene. Recently, the restaurant completed a large landscaping project, creating a relaxing outdoor cafe space. This spot is perfect for individuals of different backgrounds, including office workers, those seeking a slower pace, and those nostalgic for hometown flavors. During a return visit, I noticed the owner's ongoing efforts to enhance service quality, resulting in even better flavors. Here's to hoping for even more surprises in 2022! I ordered an appetizer, soup, and entree and everything was fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Will definitely be returning soon.

So I decided to spend money on this place b/c I been wanting Fired rice for the longest, when I went to to pick up my food & asked for some hot sauce, when
