Overall, this was a pleasant dining experience in a more secluded area. Located on a terrace on the fifth floor, the restaurant offered a lovely view along with minimal street noise, creating an elevated atmosphere. The food was excellent, and they handled a food allergy request without any issues. The service could have been a bit cleaner, but it was generally satisfactory, though the pace was definitely relaxed. It... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Terrace 54 Table:
You eat here before you go to a concert nearby. Food and drinks were pretty good, but waited an hour after getting drinks before you were looking for help in placing a food order because nobody had come back to our table. Not sure if it was a night, but it seems that communication between hosts, servers and bars could really use a rethink. View all feedback.
I ordered room service from the restaurant, and it was a huge disappointment. The bun on my burger was so burnt it was inedible, and the tomatoes I requested were also overcooked, resembling something like butcher twine. I assume they cook the tomatoes when you add them to the burger, but this was excessive. Additionally, the chicken on my daughter's pasta was burnt to a crisp, and the crust on my other daughter's pizza was also charred. Spending $80 on this food felt outrageous. Do yourself a favor and choose Chipotle instead.
The chicken and noodles soup was actually a spicy tortilla soup, so we requested a replacement. However, it took ages for them to bring us hot water with diced vegetables and small pieces of chicken—no flavor at all! The beef plate came with a sauce that was overwhelmingly flavored with cloves and lacked seasoning overall. It was a very disappointing and expensive experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering any of these dishes. On the other hand, everyone seemed to enjoy the salad and burger, but I’m sure you can find much better options elsewhere for the price. The lemonade, though, was good.
Stopped for dinner and drinks before the Garth Brooks concert. It was the perfect choice!
Superb service! We came around 8 pm, perfect time to watch the sunset and enjoy the summer night. Great experience, great drinks, and great food.
It doesn’t seem fair to blame only the servers; there appears to be a culture of inefficiency stemming from the hotel's management. I witnessed two managers interviewing a potential employee in the lobby, and the negative comments they made about the current staff were appalling. One manager even rolled his eyes after a guest approached him, completely disregarding that I was standing there, waiting to speak with him—this was from a manager! On the bright side, the reception staff were friendly and polite. The host in the restaurant was excellent, the older gentleman who brought water and menus was courteous and hardworking, and the bartender was efficient and pleasant. However, there was an overall impression that the staff did not genuinely care about the guests, as the work environment seemed quite negative. The servers lacked smiles and enthusiasm, often appearing burdened by having to attend to their tables. I was practically ignored by most of the staff during my visit. When I went in for my reserved dinner, it was a different story, but the server didn’t seem to understand the menu or the recent changes. He made excuses and insisted it was the kitchen's fault that my order was incorrect. Interestingly, I overheard a man on my flight echoing similar sentiments about his own experiences at the same restaurant.
