Excellent server. they sit perfectly for a long thought. burger was delicious.

Breakfast or dinner. bar open all day. clean. fantastic service staff. friendly peeps here. faster service for a jumping place. fun music. 50-60s. fries piping hot and crisp. that's nice for a change from what I've seen out there lately. comfortable to toilets. favorable to terminal d and e.

Very nice diner with very fast service. I like the decor and it's a pretty big room. I had stopped a short bite before I had caught a flight and had taken the mushroom cheeseburger with sweet potato friries. I liked the taste and the portion size. my wife took the guacamole cheeseburger with fries that was also good. I tried a seasonal ipa that was in order. all in all I liked the service, portion size and taste. would recommend a quick bite.

How to get a burger tomorrow morning at 6:00. the staff was very friendly and the service was fast. burger was well cooked and like the shoe ring fries. the waiter brought a new soda without asking for a filling.

The below message of complaint was sent to The Rudy Diner in Houston and their Central Franchisor HQ. Non one even acknowledged our emails. Dear Customer Service, Hi, my wife and I ate a Ruby's diner at IAH, Houston Airport, yesterday, Saturday 26th March, around 2 pm. We ordered a Rubys and a Texan burger, French fries and one Milkshake. We started feeling sickly within a couple of hours of eating and then both of us vomited heavily around 4 hours later. Neither ate anything else after our visit to Ruby's, before becoming very ill. High body temperature and more body sickly discomfort continued for a good few hours more. We then had serious diahorea for a further three days. Please log this report and customer complaint. Have other customers reported similar symptoms
