Ragu Pesto - Houston

I have booked here for valentineday because of a change in plans about 6 hours in advance. I didn't expect much too much from her website, but I thought I'd shoot it. it was most likely for the special occasion, but when I entered I could hear a saxophone well. as it turned out, there was a saxophonist who walked through the restaurant and harassed the parasols. neither my date nor I is much in wein, so I can not speak with their selection, but the prosciutto-wrapped cheese on bruschetta was fantastic, and the captivating was not disappointing. the service was not as fast as I had on similar locations, but this can be expected on Valentine's Day. I'd be willing to come back sometime if it's a little less crowded and see how they work on a normal day.

Food quality. nothing special. service and attention to the customers disappointing. Although I made several weeks in advance a table reservation with a special request to table, they did exactly the opposite of what was requested.

Food .. not good. service. not great. pasta. over boiled. No one else in the restaurant, but it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. credit card entrance said little napoli, so I guess they only changed the name and nothing else. don't waste your time or your money.

It was likely because of the special occasion, but when we arrived, we could hear a saxophone playing beautifully. A saxophonist was actually wandering around the restaurant, serenading the guests. Neither my date nor I are particularly into wine, so I can’t comment on the selection, but the prosciutto-wrapped cheese appetizer on bruschetta was amazing, and the fettuccine did not disappoint either. The service was a bit slower than I've experienced at similar restaurants, but that’s understandable on Valentine's Day. I would be open to returning on a less busy day to see how they operate then.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Houston! I adore the food, the atmosphere, and the customer service! I will always come back!
