First time to Quattro. We were there prior to attending Celine Dion, so they had a limited menu. We soon found out that the entire menu was still available, but it may take a little bit longer than normal. The appetizers were good, my wife's entree (risotto) was delicious whereas my bolognese was so so--not something I'd order again.
