I found the pupusas I tried to be too salty for my liking, which made them unpleasant. However, the salty taste lessened when I added the curtido. The salsa seemed watery in comparison to other pupusa places, lacking depth of flavor. Overall, not bad tasting but too thin. View all feedback.
Authentic taste w a very nice hostess. has waited a bit for order, but it is worth waiting for great authentic food.
Delicious pupusas, lots of “curtido”! good service. eat here when in town!
I really like this place but sometimes they don't get to order right but the food is really good so that's why I keep going back.
Absolutely the best pupusas in town! Its worth mentioning that their panes con gallina, yuca frita con chicarron, and their aguas frescas are delicious! I travel for a living and I've gotten to eat in many different Salvadoran spot but this place just became my favorite place hands down in Houston!
I ordered takeout from this restaurant and tried their Wednesday special of $1.50 pupusas. It was my first time trying their food. Unfortunately, I found the pupusas to be bland and the salsa to be watery, tasting more like tomato sauce. The service was also lacking. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.
