But, mo... read more It’s too hot and zero air circulation to hardly think straight. They are obviously spending a ton of cash on lighting and sound systems, so that’s cool. But, mount some big fans and cool it down. Every person is visibly sweating just sitting at a table. The food was ok, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get utensils so it was cold by the time we ate it. Hint: it’s a whole lot more efficient to bring utensils when you deliver the food. Might come back in the Winter time.

The bartender on Thursday night completely overlooked us while we sat at the bar for nearly 15 minutes. When the guy finally came over, it seemed like she was suddenly ready to greet us. On the bright side, the atmosphere was fantastic!

However, if they want to maintain the same high profit margins on their food as they do with their beverages, they need to avoid overstating their "scratch or house-made" specialties. I can only imagine what their steak and lobster dishes might be like!
