Was Kristen Spiller at Pour Behavior a mag?
The spicy shrimp pasta was incredible! However, the service left much to be desired. The bartender on Thursday night completely overlooked us while we sat at the bar for nearly 15 minutes. When the guy finally came over, it seemed like she was suddenly ready to greet us. On the bright side, the atmosphere was fantastic! View all feedback.
What Lori Healy dislikes about Pour Behavior:
It’s too hot and zero air circulation to hardly think straight. They are obviously spending a ton of cash on lighting and sound systems, so that’s cool. But, mount some big fans and cool it down. Every person is visibly sweating just sitting at a table. The food was ok, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get utensils so it was cold by the time we ate it. Hint: it’s a whole lot more efficient to bring utensils when you... View all feedback.

On a positive note, the drinks were good. However, if they want to maintain the same high profit margins on their food as they do with their beverages, they need to avoid overstating their "scratch or house-made" specialties. I can only imagine what their steak and lobster dishes might be like!
Really nice spot in town with great drinks, amazing food, great happy hour, and a DJ. Valet parking is free (at least the night I went) so you don't have to deal with trying to park yourself. Perfect for your corporate or more chill happy hour.
