Great food here, that's a fact! My family and I eat here often. We love the chicken. It's always good. The rice and beans are super delicious. The sauces are great as well. Food is a little pricier than other pollo asado spots I've tried, but it's worth the extra money. Would recommend to anyone. View all feedback.

Lack of customer service, I noticed this yesterday and today, went by to purchase a four piece chicken order or half chicken as the employee corrected me. She told me that my chiken will be ready in 25 minutes I was in shock really a waiting time of 25 minutes, when all they sell is Roasted Chicken?!. The establishment closes at 10pm. This place is rip off. I ordered a special paid $27 for meat and received a small plastic plate and two salsa’s only don’t even waste your time nor money. Annoyed for $27 not worth it…
I came to this location at about 7:00pn and placed my order and the lady in there just smiled and said, “we’re out of chicken”, the name of your establishment is, “Pollos Asados El Regio” how can you run out of chicken, that’s what you specialize in, horrible, this is the first and last time I come to this
