Ouisie's Table - Houston

One of my favorite places to dine, I am always delighted by the delicious food and attentive service at Ouises.

Started with short rib bruschetta and flavors were amazing. Next had a wedge salad with a veg compote like tossed Vegs. Two different dressings made this the best wedge salad I’ve had. Spouse had Parmesan crusted trout, and I the blackened rib eye. Both were a delight. Our only “complaint “ is that the serving’s were so generous, we couldn’t eat it all. This was a favorite, but fell off radar when I moved out of town. Well, it’s back on now. Service staff impeccable, atmosphere very homey and comfortable. I would say my complaint is the forced valet parking.

Food and service were excellent. Room was loud when we sat down but calmed down after a while. We enjoyed our experience there.

The service and food were excellent. The ambience was very nice, but the table next to us was very noisy which detracted from our desire to have a quiet romantic dinner.

Overall, we had a lovely experience at Ouisie’s! We were celebrating a good friend’s birthday, and we were not rushed. We had good food, good service, good wine… what more could we ask for?
