Comala Mexican Cafe - Houston

I have been a regular at Comala's for over 13 years, and this restaurant has consistently delivered great food all that time. My favorite dish is the Asado de puerco; no other restaurant comes anywhere close to matching it. Their menudo on the weekends is also fantastic—it's not greasy like you find in many other places, and the flavor is always spot on. Plus, their corn tortillas are freshly made in-house. I've sampled many of their different dishes, and I can confidently say you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The service was outstanding, and the food had a wonderfully homemade taste. The freshly made tortillas went straight from the comal to our table.

First time in this place, the welcome from the waitresses was excellent, the service at the table was excellent, we ate chilaquiles and eggs rancheros, it should be noted that at breakfast they put some beans with a very rich flavor, the corn tortillas are handmade. of flour, no, the sauces are very delicious, the waitress noticed that I like spicy, so she told me we have a spicier sauce, I'm going to bring her what she likes, of course, if I tried it delicious, everything will come back to try more dishes.

I love this place, the food is amazing and the staff is great. Food is good size portions and is reasonably priced. Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome
