Mcdonald's - Houston

I don't expect top-notch food quality, but the dishes could definitely be improved with better preparation. It seems like there's always something wrong with every order, and each item is poorly made. This restaurant is a clear example of why some people lack respect for the service industry.

The restaurant is clean and offers quick service. The staff is very friendly. There were a few homeless individuals nearby, but they stayed to themselves.

I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. About a week ago, I spoke to a manager regarding the poor service at the drive-thru. Today, I arrived at 10:57, and the person taking orders at the drive-thru wasn't even the same person at the window. I wanted to order lunch, but they told me they don't start serving lunch until 11:00. Three minutes shouldn’t make such a difference, and I definitely didn't want to order any leftover breakfast that had been sitting in the warmer. I can only imagine those biscuits would have been stale.

I didn't have a bad experience when I ate here. However, I just want to say that I eat at McDonald's a lot and this particular location is one of the few that still keeps it's fountain dispenser behind the counter, and it does not have the usual condiment counter that most McDonald's have. I particularly believe that this is an older location and the building itself is just outdated compared the most other locations. So with that said everything else was fine. I went at lunch time and they were very quick, the food was hot (cooked to order) just the way I like it, and the location was clean. I would eat here again if I ever happen to be in the area in the future.
