Food's great but service's slow and bad. They took a long time to bring the dishes (around 30 minutes) and they forgot one of them. Wouldn't come back, at least not to this location

Everything at M&S was absolutely horrible. As soon as we walked up to the restaurant there was trash and water bottles on the floor. No one wants to see this as they are entering a restaurant to have dinner. There was not a hostess at the front and it took a while for one to come up front. When we were seated it then took at least 15 minutes for anyone/server to come to our table to bring us menus and take our drink order. When the appetizers arrived they were cold. The cocktails we ordered took over 20 minutes to get. They seemed understaffed but unfortunately the staff they did have seemed to have lacked training. The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely horrible. We will never return.

We had a large group dine here for dinner. It was a good experience overall. Our waiter did a goo job however, we did experience a few delays towards the end as the restaurant started to fill. The chopped salad was delicious. My lobster bisque was a little too salty. Guests that had steak said it was very flavorful and tender. I had seafood which tasted okay. The grilled vegetables were mostly non-edible garnishes such as grilled onion and garlic bulbs. My guests loved the dessert.

Food was great! No hostess to seat us waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged once we walked in the door. Service could have been better since it wasn’t very crowded; server apologized for the wait. Was there for HRW, they overcharged us for one of the $25 lunch meals and they didn’t try to correct it once it was brought to their attention.
