Contribute FeedbackMetro 8 is a popular choice for large group dining, with impressive wait staff who handle large parties with grace. The food, while not particularly adventurous, stands out with old standards done well. However, some reviewers noted slow service and issues with inaccurate orders. Despite this, many diners praised the quality of the food, especially during restaurant week, with standout dishes like the churrasco steak and Dulce de Leche Crepes. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for special occasions or casual dining. Overall, Metro 8 seems to be a favorite spot among locals for its top-notch food, excellent service, and inviting ambiance.
My family thought the food was average, but my linguine with clams was delectable (maybe I was starving.) The food came out fast.
Went for lunch on a FridayThe restaurant was less than half full.
After checking online reviews, schedule a last minute business lunch. We were not disappointed. From the provolenta (I think that's the name) and stuffed prawn starters to the delicious fillet and the spread for the rolls, our meal was delicious. The owner was behind the bar and was very accommodating. I will definitely come back on my next visit to the area.
After my son's graduation, we had dinner for 13 people. Cassie put us in the private dining room because it was too hot to be on the patio. The food and service were excellent. It was a wonderful cap for the events of the day!
