For dinner, our waitress Stephanie was wonderful, attentive and had only a great setting. The food was delicious and they have a lot of comfort food options. Breakfast is another story, overpriced for what you get. I don't know if they were short, but they screwed my order several times. We also had to go over the check at the end because we were completely ignored after the end. Overall, I would say avoid breakfast... View all feedback.

Our extended family stayed the weekend for a wedding.We enjoyed two marvelous evenings at The Line and Lariat. We were, indeed, treated like family!

A true hidden gem in the heart of downtown Houston. Line Lariat is located in the historic Hotel ICON! Walk into the hotel and you'll immediately feel warm and welcome by true Texas history. The luxurious finishes and details of the bar and restaurant area make you feel like you've walked into a 5 star steakhouse. The cocktails at the bar are top notch (here are a couple that I had guava martini and Astros on the rocks both of the menu prepared by Oscar). My dining experience was excellent, the food at the restaurant is to die for. Pack your appetite, servings are Texas sized! It's a great date night destination. It's also a great place to have a cocktail before or after a downtown event. I can't wait to dine Line Lariat again!
