This place was great and so reasonably priced. The quality of food is just as good or better than any other Mexican place around here (I say better) but your dollar will go much further here. What User doesn't like about Las Palomas Mexican Grill:
We waited 15 minutes to be sat only to be skipped. When I asked why we were being skipped the girl looked at her notes and realized she never wrote down my name. She told us we’d be next, but she still didn’t write my name on her notes! We just left because we didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes. Sad, because we frequent this place often. My favorite here is the enchiladas Mexicanas with their fideo and The carne guisada. I cant go wrong when I order either one. However I do wish I liked their regular enchiladas. I do not approve of their choice in tortillas when it comes to the cheese enchiladas. Their salsa is so good and served warm
Tons to choose from. Have not chosen a bad dish yet! Our new go to for Mexican, can't go wrong. Highly recommend!
The food was decent. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t particularly very good either. My husband had the Mexican enchiladas and the sauce tasted straight from a can. I had the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp tasted like they were entirely separate from the cocktail. The tomatoes in the cocktail were definitely from a can as well, they weren’t fresh and the flavors were just not there. This place was packed and we did have to wait 20-30 minutes to sit, which we were willing to do since the reviews were high and we really were expecting something incredible and were disappointed. Our waiter was nice, courteous, and very attentive, along with the other wait staff. Everyone was friendly.
Edgar was hands down the best server! He met every single one of our needs and offered great recommendations! If anyone needs a raise it is him! Thank you so much!
All the entrees I've had have been delicious ! I recommend the gorditas with fideo n the ckn mole is really good n plenty of it.
