What User doesn't like about La Madeleine:
Love the food, but every time I try to order, all staff in the building comfortably avoid eye contact and go to help people who order at the counter. No apology, always posture. I will probably not disturb back to this particular place because who manages it, it is so bad. Not that it's important to them, I'm sure about the Subpar customer service. View all feedback.
La Madeleine has always been and continues to be an all-time favorite of mine. Consistent quality among locations. A little pricey for lunch, but worth it!

Bad location in Houston. Consistency food is made like its sit all day or days ago, frozen amd microwave and there are always fruit flies in the jam donor. they also load xtra to go for orders (other locations not) but can not manage to pick up plastic goods
I ate the Chicken la Madeleine dish and drank a glass of Red wine to pair with. The customer service was awesome.
Love this place for lunch when I'm in town. Although sometimes it's extremely busy with the lunch rush. The chicken ceaser salad is my fav.
