It was about another 5 minutes or so before I was acknowledged.When my food was ready, she motioned with her head t come get it. She did not call for me. Upon getting home, both crab clusters were extremely over-cooked. The shells were soft and bendable (borderline chewy).Not worse the $53 dollars spent. Consistency is key, and this location is never consistent.

We were the only three patrons dining in the restaurant, and were required to pay when you place your order and 15% gratuity was also added. The crabs were very small and over cooked. One boil bag was missing an egg, and all eggs were undercooked. The corn was overcooked. We ordered wet lemon pepper fries, they brought out regular fries. The waitress did nothing to earn 15% gratuity! After bringing the food out, she never checked back, we didn't see her again until she came to clean the table as we were leaving. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand ?

They have some amazing drinks (if you like to indulge). The food was great. The was excellent and friendly.

They didn?t have the colossal crab, garlic bread, hi-C,salt I was scared to ask for anything else. We got the wetlemon pepper fries they were pretty good nice and hot. Needed a lil more lemon flavor but I went to the car and got a saltpacket that helped. Also the daqs weren?t bad along with the music. It?s kinda hot but could be bc the weather has been colderlately and today I was on the warmer side and the lady at the front was nice so a good strong two stars is all I can give but Itried it and won?t be back? I?ll stick to Seafood Connection

The fish was fried entirely too hard, the fries were hard, the bread/roll was hard as well, the shrimp were ok. While sitting in the restaurant the grease from the kitchen fumes were burning my eyes. Thefood was not cooked in fresh grease. The alcohol drink I ordered called the leg spreader, had no alcohol in it at all! We had towait a long time for our food then had to send the food back to be remade. The other location had more servers, this one onlyhad 1 named Ebonee. The other location was 100 times better, and the food was delicious at the other location. I drove fromDallas to Houston for the weekend, and was excited about revisiting this restaurant only to find out the other location isclosed this was the only one open. I will not be back at this location at all. Hopefully the reopen this location 10852Westheimer Rd.
