I ordered through Door Dash, but I won't be doing that again. My food was delivered to the wrong location, so I had to go through a lot of hassle to sort it out. Plus, I ordered one of their bowls and they didn't even include a fork. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I ordered from DoorDash, and it took a long time for my food to arrive. When it finally did, the order was completely wrong. To make matters worse, my driver was a man instead of a woman. I ended up driving to the restaurant myself because DoorDash was unhelpful; they said they had already received the payment and that I would need to contact KFC for a refund. Not very friendly staff. 50% chance they will leave something out of your order.
Worst customer service. Person at the drive thru was rude and then called to complain and the person who answered hang up.
This KFC location was excellent. The food was freshly cooked to order. The fried chicken and chicken sandwich were hot and moist. I think the chicken sandwich is as good or even better than the other sandwiches in the market. A+ KFC!!
Love KFC, food is always good. This location could use some cleaning, friendlier staff. They'd rather be on their phones than pay attention to customers.
