Feedback
This restaurant offers a diverse menu with standout items like refreshing watermelon drinks, flavorful popcorn chicken, and tasty shrimp fried rice. Many customers praise the smoothie selection, especially the strawberry mango and watermelon varieties, for their freshness and natural taste. However, the boba teas often disappoint, with complaints about undercooked pearls and lackluster flavors. Service experiences vary, from friendly and efficient to slow and unfriendly, while the atmosphere and cleanliness need improvement, including outdated décor and messy areas. Despite some inconsistencies, this spot shows promise as a local tapioca hub worth trying before it gains wider popularity.
I had a great experience with my watermelon smoothie; it was not only tasty but also made quickly. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming too. I would definitely come back!
The restaurant had a rather unpleasant smell, and the Classic Milk Tea left much to be desired; it tasted almost like spoiled milk. The boba was undercooked and had a rubbery texture. They only had one cup size available, and I struggled to finish even half of it. On a positive note, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly.
The strawberry mango smoothie is quite nice, featuring fresh strawberries. It leans a bit towards the sweet side but is generally enjoyable. On the other hand, the classic milk tea was quite disappointing. I ordered it with boba, but it lacked flavor. It felt more like cream in discolored water. I kept sipping, hoping it would improve, but it didn't. If you're in the mood for a smoothie, this place might be worth a visit. However, if you're looking for boba tea, there are far better options throughout Houston.
The boba was undercooked, and the kiwi mango drink was overly sweet with artificial flavor crystals, along with a dark green color. The restaurant was not clean and mainly offers hot dogs, nachos, and fries.
I waited around 25 minutes for just one drink, even though there was only one couple ahead of me. The restaurant was mostly empty, and people who arrived after me got their food before I even received my drink. When I asked for a refund, they managed to prepare the drink in just one minute. Unfortunately, it was watered down and tasted awful. It was the worst drink I've ever had, and I won't be coming back.
