Additionally, the layout of the store feels chaotic and disorganized, which makes shopping there frustrating. The restocking process also seems less efficient compared to other HEBs I've visited. While I understand that the location might influence this, there's no reason customers shouldn’t be able to find the products they need and want. I believe that improving the stocking practices and the overall presentation of the store could greatly benefit the community it serves. It’s important that this store reflects the quality and selection we expect from HEB.

Furthermore, I called between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM to check if they were open. The woman who answered said they were closed, which surprised me. I thought it was an odd response, and it felt misleading.

The prices are very affordable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. If I could give more stars, I definitely would—their service is outstanding!

They have a cranberry pecan turkey salad that is the best when they try meat salads, this is really good!

Please bring HEB to Crosby, Texas. The people here demand it!!! We are tired of driving to either Baytown or Atascocita to get good groceries. You really going to let Walmart be the only game in our town?
