Great Wall - Houston

The manager at this restaurant was extremely rude and disrespectful. He even went as far as pulling a weapon on my cousin and his four-year-old daughter. I will never support this business again. The service was terrible when I ate there a few years ago, and the food was disgusting. I have had much better dining experiences elsewhere. The location seemed unsafe, and I would caution against supporting a business like this, especially if they are treating their customers this way. I am thankful that my cousin and his daughter were unharmed and able to share their experience. I would advise others to think twice before dining here, as it could potentially be dangerous. If I could give this place zero stars, I would not hesitate to do so. There were witnesses who saw everything that occurred.

I used to enjoy this place, but lately every time I order honey or orange chicken, or any kind of chicken dish, there seems to be hardly any meat. What happened? This is definitely a surefire way to receive more negative reviews if they don't address this issue.

Everyone at the restaurant was friendly. Ordering was simple and the food arrived quickly. Some people may give negative reviews because of a slight language barrier, but at least the staff is making an effort. I've had worse experiences in America. The food smells delicious and I can't wait to dig in.

The garnel fried rice was ok, but the communication is weak. they must speak through a red, so it is hard for them to hear them, although they are literally before them.

We love it here!! The food is just like where we go in New York. Makes me think of home.
