Not like it used to be. We pay full price for the meal. We asked for filet and ribeye steaks about 4 times. They keep on bringing back other meat until we are full then the filet and ribeyes came out. Once when we already full. What a rip off. 380 dollars bill later for 4 people with 60 dollars tips. Not like it was at all.
Great service, and overall good food. Place was busy, but to be expected, overall, it was a great experience.
Saturday September 9 was my girlfriend's birthday, both her mother and I drove 4 hours from 2 different locations to be with her. Our service at this establishment was absolutely horrible. I designated myself as her driver and made it know to our server while being seated. Our waiter, Braiden, started flirting with my girlfriend as we were seated. Then he cut her off on her drink after 2. He demanded that she drink 3 glasses of water before he would serve he another drink, but he would never giver her time to finisher a glass of water before he kept filling them back up. These thing made her very upset, for me if was the disrespect of our server to act unprofessional and insist on the flirting. All these things were made know to the manager on duty but it was still not enough. The damage had already been done and the night ruined. The next waiter that we received did the very same thing and started flirting with my girlfriend. What kind of employees do you hire? Are they trainer to go hit on every pretty girl with their family present? It sure did seem that way to me. I am extremely upset because I paid over $400 for this meal and our whole not was ruined. My girlfriend was devastated by the actions of your employees. This was so unprofessional and can't believe that we were treated in such a manner. We could have got better service at McDonald's, but wanted to take her to nice restaurant. Instead it was a disaster. Please tell me why I spent so much money for disappointment? I really need an answer.
It wasn’t the best service I’ve but the expert was still nice. The severs kept bringing the same 3 meats out for a while until we asked for other options. We weren’t given any instructions or told how the dining would work. My favorite thing was the cheese bread and their yellow paradise drink. Other than that we were accommodated nicely. The polenta was dry and cold so that was already a no. Still I’d go back, I’d just have to ask questions.
Came here for the $39 experience that’s being advertised. Supposedly sat at the $39 section. We was charged the full price $62 instead, but did not get to choose the options. If we knew we were going to pay full, would’ve stayed longer and enjoy the many more options such as the house specials and the full experience. We only had chicken, bacon wrapped beef and the few options. The staff was nice and accommodating. We was there for an hour, meat stopped coming to us after 20 minutes. We waited a half hour to see if they will come to us , we decided to leave after. We came because of the advertisement, but will no longer trust it.
