I came to this restaurant due to my craving for Peking duck. The duck skin was very crispy and the duck meat was prepared well. The Peking duck was fairly priced when I compared to other places in the area and if you paid $3 more you can have a duck stirfry or duck soup with your meal. The salted fish, chicken, and eggplant hot pot was not what I expected but it was still good. I was hoping for more salted fish in th... View all feedback.
What Pretty A doesn't like about East Wall:
This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered Chicken with mixed vegetables in garlic sauce spicy. I don?t know what kind of sauce this is. I have never tasted a sauce like this before. It is not good at all and it is not spicy. I am verydisappointed and will never buy food from here again. Check your order before you leave. View all feedback.
If you're in Chinatown and want some really good Chinese food you need to visit this place you won't be disappointed. It was my first time here my wife, my son,and I tried the lobster, beef and broccoli, orange chicken, and spare ribs Japanese style.Wewill definitely be back.
11/19/2021 Disappointed by all the hype. We came for the bao Peking duck. Entire duck came on a platter garnished w julienned carrots, plus 8 bao. Skin was enjoyably crispy but meat was sliced really thin. Definitely not worth $42 for the dish (A Ly Restaurant is a tastier and cheaper option). Price appears to have been raised tremendously; was $32 per last year's review. Yongchi fried rice had good portions of medium sized shrimp, pork bbq, but the seasoning was lacking. Veggie delight was also lacking in flavor. Abalone mushroom slices tasted old and dry, shitaki mushrooms were much smaller than usual, and the ear mushroom were overcooked. Summary: Peking duck tasty but overpriced; other dishes were uninspiring.
I came to this restaurant because of my demand for peking. the skin was very crispy and the gutter was well prepared. the peking duck was quite expensive when I compared with other places in the opposite and if they have paid $3 more they can stir a duck fry or dee suppe with their meal. the salted fish, huh and eggplant hot pot was not what I expected, but it was still good. I had hoped that more salted fish are in the bowl. the customer service was great and eating came out quite quickly.

First time trying this place and it will not be my last. From the moment we came in someone was quick to sit us down at our table, then they came for our drinks and appetizers. The menu is extensive with plenty to choose from. The prices are very reasonable they have family meals as well for a get together or dinner party. Our appetizers came out quickly and they were super delicious, then our main course came and we were hooked!!! The food had so much flavor and everything taste so fresh, I can keep going about the food, it's so good. The place is beautifuly decorated with plenty of seating. The waitresses are very nice and attentive. I definitely recommend everyone trying this place!
