Contribute FeedbackCyclone Anaya's offers a mixed experience, with some patrons praising the service and food quality while others express disappointment. Complaints include over-seasoned dishes, poor value for money, and lackluster service. Some reviewers note exceptional service and delicious dishes, such as the table-side guacamole. The ambiance and management could use improvement, as seen in issues with communication and rewards programs. Overall, while there are both positive and negative aspects, Cyclone Anaya's remains a popular spot for those seeking a neighborhood eatery with a friendly atmosphere and tasty offerings.
Located in a strip mall, this neighborhood restaurant offers a delicious brunch menu. Despite having enjoyed good service and food on previous visits, our recent experience with the server was disappointing. She seemed to have trouble understanding English, making it necessary for us to repeat our orders multiple times. Even pointing to the menu didn't help. The server failed to refill our drinks and disappeared after delivering the food. We had to seek out another server for assistance. Additionally, she was unaware of the rewards membership and did not credit our visit. This encounter was frustrating, and we believe that the server should be replaced before she affects the reputation of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not see a manager present during our visit.
