Chicken Express - Houston

Seems like I’m here when my sugar has dropped below sea level.. I typically get the snack pack it’s enough to get me back right, so far so good .. it’s just too many chicken spots on the same block idk

I had a bad experience today! I only asked for my food to be fresh and the lady that had the wavy pony tail that prepared the food just became so aggressive and stated I already made this order. I advised the nice gentlemen that took my order that I didn't mind waiting then the food preparer in the back same girl stop packing other orders and asked the worker at the drive thru door. What did she say, so I reiterated whathad stated to the gentlemen on how if I am paying 30 plus dollars it shouldn't be a problem to have fresh cooked food. I waited 20 minutes for my order. Just terrible service from the food preparer in the back the lady was beyond rude. Gentlemen at the door was nice. I came in on 9/07 on 1:45pm left at 2:10pm. When leaving I seen the same lady put chicken in her car just very weird stealing food from your place of work. I won't be backWheelchair accessibility: They have two wheelchair access parking spots near entry.

Everything at this restaurant was I don’t have this and i’m waiting on my truck to come in. This was understandable, but when we pulled to the drive thru window we were told that we were waiting on our corn nuggets to get done. After waiting for 10 min, our food was brought to the window and the young lady closed the window so fast before we could ask for anything else. So of course the sauce they promised us was not in the bag. They had a number on the wall that stated call this number if you want to order in we called that number and no one answered. My husband proceeds to walk inside to get the sauce. As he heads inside I opened the food we both got 4 corn nuggets a piece. At this point, i’m thinking I been sitting here for 10 min waiting on 8 corn nuggets? Thats not even a complete side. Not to mention it took my husband 10 min to come back to the car after finding help to get sauce only to be told we don’t have honey mustard or ranch we waiting on the truck to come in. This place is straight trash. I recommend a 1 out of 10.

My first time and it was horrible... I had a 3 piece cold chicken, my fries were cold, no ketchup and the cashier had an attitude. Took too long to bring fresh fries so I left with no fries and nasty chicken....

Service was good. Food was fresh and fast. Edmond was especially helpful and patient with me with my special order.
