Checkers - Houston

These drive-through burgers are excellent and budget-friendly. I wish every town had a place like this.

I was just an Uber driver, but the customer service at this restaurant was not good. The staff member needs to work on it as soon as possible.

I tried Checkers for the first time and found the fries to be fresh and hot, but the burger meat was not even warm, indicating it was not made fresh. Carlos, the young man at the window, provided excellent customer service with his polite demeanor and great smile, which I truly appreciated.

I would give a better rating but after what my sister and I experienced while waiting for a door dash order I think not. We were told to pull to the front and wait for the order because they were still working on it. We had pull in front of the gas station because there were other cars parked waiting on orders. The person giving out the orders didn't even check to make sure if the order was for us or not she gave it to another vehicle who was also waiting on an order, then told us that it wasn't her problem about the orders being the same but they actually something different on them. One was with a drink and the other wasn't.

Double cheese burger with no veggies mayo only my ordered was wrong it had veggies returned the burger and the ordered was still wrong they gave me back a single burger with mayo ketchup and cheese will not visit this place again second time tying their burger will be the last time each time oder is
