I ordered the vegetarian v... read more The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, and the hospitality was equally impressive. The servers were courteous and welcoming. I ordered the vegetarian version of Pasta Weesie, and it was absolutely delicious. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian options and are quite accommodating in modifying many dishes to be vegetarian-friendly. There’s also plenty of parking available. The seating on the terrace is wonderful. The only downside during my visit was that my drink was forgotten, and it took two reminders before they finally brought it to me. They initially brought me an alcoholic version of my order, but they corrected it later. By the time I received my drink, I had already finished my meal. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

The franchise shops are terrible and are akin to a drive thru Fast Food place. I love the house salad, roast Mozeralla and the Primavera Pizza! Best meal ever!! The food quality at the original is noticeably superior. The bread, which is a staple at Carrabba's, stood out to me; it had a much crustier texture, a more distinct yeasty flavor, and was notably lighter. While I find both types of bread to be good, the Original's was truly exceptional.

If your an Italian restaurant they should know the order of service, the timing which things should be left on the table, and check in with your customers.
