Burger King - Houston

Big mistake I stopped going by there cause food would be old and cold so thought I'd give a try tonight well fries were hot just overcooked . The bread on whopper taste stale. I ordered a pie and asked for ketchup and salt and didn't get my pie or jetchup or the receipt. So mo more I give up .

I ordered in advance on the mobile app. The app was **** as you couldn 't select options when using their deals . For example it said on the app, free whopper or chicken sandwich or croissant but it forced you to take the croissant. And the menu said choice of breakfast sandwich but didn 't let you select even though there 's an arrow button to push (it doesn 't click). Well anyway when I get there I have to wait forever to get the food even though there 's nobody in the drive through. Obviously they make it fresh which is good. But it just takes a pretty long time. Several cars behind me by the time I got it.

Food was hot and fresh. I wanted to review this place because I was suprised by how polite the workers are here. I ate here a few months ago and then again today. On both days the service was top knotch which is rare for a fast food joint. Today I was helped by a different employee, younger guy. Keep up the great work y'all!

It's fast food, but don't expect it to come quickly. I thought it would be quick in the morning with just two cars in front of me, but I ended up waiting 18 minutes in the drive-thru. Service: 2/5
