Burger King - Houston

It was just a BK nothing special but it did take a long time to get my order and no they were not busy and even had 6 or more workers

This place always messes up our order. We rarely stop here.

Last night, my friends and I went out for a late-night snack and encountered a homeless man in the drive-thru who was harassing us and other customers. The kind young man taking our order promptly called the police and reassured my two friends with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name in all the commotion. My oldest friend even suggested that I recommend to his boss that he deserves a raise for how well he handled the situation. Both of my friends were quite shaken by the aggressive behavior of the homeless man, but the young man handled it with such confidence and grace. I am incredibly grateful for his quick thinking and kindness. Thank you so much.

Burger King what is this? What I ordered is not even close to what you gave me. This was suppose to be a shroom and Swiss on the sourdough bun and you gave me a slider that looks like it came out of a kids meal. Oh, and you charged me almost $11 for this? This is absolutely ridiculous. Oh and the people working in your drive-thru need a lesson in customer service. What a joke

I've worked with the company in the past it's a very good restaurant to work for.
