Coffee was really good, you can tell they use quality beans and it's not weak. The breakfast tacos were also just what I needed. The tortillas were very soft and the salsa was spicy! Will definitely come back to try the homemade biscuits!

Blacksmith is in Mont... read more I got recommended to Blacksmith for their great food options and coffee! Me being the huge coffee connoisseur I am, I had to check it out. Blacksmith is in Montrose with so much to do around. The cafe has a very quaint space with many windows. A great place to get a bite or drink with a friend or just study to get some homework done. The baristas were super friendly and helpful. All of their pastries are made fresh by a baker made just for Blacksmith, which is a cool concept! I got the chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and they were so good! I can tell it was made with quality ingredients and the portion was good. I will say that the salsa verde that comes with it is spicyyyy. The tacos were fantastic too, it's served with one chorizo and one with beans and eggs. The coffee was also super tasty and the latte art made it all the better. I also took the caramel bourbon latte to go and that one was great as well. Enjoyed my time at Blacksmith and will be back!
