What Frankie Miller doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Been here several times. Each time a surly woman has begrudgingly taken our order. Was willing to put up with it until today, because it’s a convenient location and well, ice cream. Never going back though. She was just as crabby, but today she “answered” a question with an eyeroll and a disgusted-with-me noise. I’ll get a plain soft serve cone at the McDonald’s across the street next time I want ice cream. View all feedback.

I want to respect the old lady who works here but I just can’t. She was very rude when I came to pick up an online order cake. This is the first and last time I’m here.
Just watched an older employee who I believe is the name manager physically slap a younger employee. The younger employee walked away visibly upset. What did I just see? Will obviously not return.
A/C is barely working in the Houston heat so let's start there. I got a scoop of strawberry cheesecake and it had a lot of cookies and cream in it. They're obviously using the same scoops and not properly cleaning in between which is a huge concern for those with allergies. Customer service was mediocre at BEST. Likely won't return.
