Some of the best authentic Chinese food in my life at this restaurant. I had takeout for dinner, then returned for dimsum the next day. The beef with onion and pork dumplings were amazing. The environment was friendly, clean, and welcoming while also delivering professional service and exceptionally tasty food. I will absolutely return when I visit Houston in the future. Would recommend you give this place a shot if... View all feedback.
What Anthony doesn't like about Arco Seafood:
Food was good but it took a while before it came out. Ordered family meal and the 1st dish that came out was chicken, before the soup. Peking duck came out after... We had to ask for white rice and after finishing 7th course fried rice finally came out, when everyone was done eating. Service was pretty slow, tv channels didnt work. View all feedback.

Arco Seafood should consider closing its doors. We've given them three opportunities in recent weeks, but both the food and service have declined significantly. As long-time customers, we’ve noticed a drastic change. The quality of the food is much worse; for instance, the vegetables are not fresh, the green beans with pork are overcooked and lifeless, and the dim sum lacks freshness and flavor. The dine-in service is lackluster, and the takeout experience has been a disaster. We waited 40 minutes beyond the promised pick-up time, and their only explanation was that they were "very busy." There are simply too many other excellent restaurants in Chinatown to settle for this. Arco has really fallen off.
I waited two hours for the lobster I ordered, and my rice went from hot to cold in the meantime. When I finally inquired about my food, the waiter informed me that they had run out of lobster. Why didn’t they let me know that two hours earlier? The staff's arrogant attitude certainly didn't make things any better. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will never return to this restaurant!
