Nice house, good kitchen and glassware. on the same plate, both flavors and seasoning shortages!? portions accordingly. a selection of generous wines (perfects for whites). the dish (biche) is served without the cooking boost we asked: we eat in the taste of the chef .. after the first entry, we are required to keep the same knife for the second (gregage then fish, not too serious, except on principle). idem for the dish!!! fish then game: I refuse and the boss tells me that it is! the concept of service is moved to a so-called gastronomic establishment. And yet, we pay for it! the coldness to us the rest of the meal.
