Kfc - House Springs

Got wrong order, had to wait forever in drive through second time and the manager was so rude to me I told her to keep the chicken. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. TO EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO EAT THEIR MISTAKES AND BE TREATED SO POORLY!!!

Not the warmest of welcome's nor the happiest of people working. Your food is hot, most the time way over cooked an taste like oil. It used to be an amazing KFC now it's down hill.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Ordered online went in to get my food because the sign on the door said open for mobile pick up. I opened the door just to have the the lady working start throwing things and yelling about me coming in to get my food. I wentthrough drive through to get the food to just have her go out and rip the sign off of the door when I drove around. I triedjust ordering through drive thru today and no one waited on me or the line of cars behind me. there was a minimum of 5 peopleall dressed for work in the building when I left the drive thru. I do not recommend going to this location. If they were closedthat is fine. Put up a sign to let people know and don't have staff standing around doing nothing.

Speaker still out of service and they still haven 't figured out how to work around that without having a giant line. In addition, the dining room is also closed due to short staffing but at least 5 employees were working with 2 of them standingat the front counter doing nothing. If you order online you will have to wait in the drive through line, they won 't open thedoor and give you your food, because they won 't make it until you pull up to the window and say you have arrived, even thoughthat isn 't how it 's supposed to work.

Ordered the 16 piece bucket. Was supposed to be mixed white and dark meat. Disappointed to find out it consisted of 10 thighs and 6 legs. You were given a choice of 4 sides and 8 eight biscuits. What a joke. The biscuits were as hard as rocks and thesides received were two cold orders of French fries, one Mac cheese, which turned out to be the best and cold slaw, which theyleft the lid off. I?ve ordered food from this restaurant several times in the past and by far the worse experience I?ve everhad.
