Pizza Il Gusto - HOUNSLOW

I order from this restaurant 2-3 times a week! I love their BBQ bacon pizza, it's always delicious. I want to thank them for consistently making amazing pizzas without changing anything. This is the best place in Hanworth, Feltham, Hounslow, and maybe even more! The staff, service, and prices are all top-notch. Everything is excellent!

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, but the calzone garlic bread is absolutely amazing! I would only order that if I could. This is not a place for health-conscious eaters, as they also offer a variety of other tasty foods. The cafe seating is nice and the staff is friendly.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and informed me that my pizza would be delivered in approximately 20 minutes. It arrived right on schedule and was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again!

We ordered from this restaurant through Just Eat and were told that the delivery would arrive by 20:30. After waiting for 50 minutes, we called at 20:45 only to be informed that it would be another 90 minutes. There was no communication or updates provided. We expressed our frustration about the delayed delivery, to which the restaurant responded rudely and unprofessionally, stating that it was not their problem. Eventually, they cancelled our order and hung up. Due to their poor customer service, we decided to never order from them again. We do not recommend this restaurant due to their rude staff and late deliveries. Avoid at all costs!
