No greetings and when we asked a question they would seem like we were bothering them. The food was below average. Nothing special at all and way over priced. The old lady at the front is so miserable and rude. I can't believe this place has got good reviews. Stay away at all costs!!

They assured me that the room was mine and ready for the next evening. When my partner and I arrived, they very rudely informed us they had given the room to someone else (despite telling me it was mine last night) and told us we had to go and stay somewhere else. Nowhere had any rooms and we were absolutely stuffed. 0/10. Do not book here if you want a reliable room.
