Curry Express - HOUNSLOW
Curry Express
Description
At this restaurant, a divide emerges between excellent cuisine and disappointing service. Diners rave about the flavorful biryanis and kebabs, showcasing authentic dishes at reasonable prices, making it a popular choice for takeout. However, a significant number of patrons have reported unpleasant interactions with staff, including rudeness and a lack of attentiveness. Concerns about cleanliness and service overshadow the culinary offerings for many. While the food receives high praise, the overall experience leaves a sour taste, prompting former regulars to reconsider their loyalty. This restaurant leaves diners conflicted, balancing delectable dishes with frustrating service encounters.
Feedback
The employees at this restaurant were impolite and unfriendly. They scolded me for not paying in cash, and on another occasion, they attempted to shortchange me. I handed over £10 for an £8 bill, and the waiter tried to hide 20p under the £1 instead of giving me the correct £2 change. Despite enjoying the food, I will not be returning due to their dishonesty over just 80p. Cleanliness was also a concern at this establishment.
There is a lack of vegetarian options available at this restaurant, and the staff does not seem interested in ensuring customer satisfaction or loyalty. The food is overly oily, potentially harmful to heart health. The use of foil containers is not ideal for memory or health. The mango lassi contains too much artificial sugar. Brown chapati is not available. The food was warmed in a plastic wrapper, which can release cancer-causing chemicals. The cleanliness and hygiene practices are lacking, as staff do not wear aprons or gloves. I hope to avoid returning to this establishment in the future.
The staff at this restaurant are always lovely and have smiles on their faces. The food is delicious and I can't get enough of the Mango Lassi.
The staff is very rude the beard man who is on the counter. I had gone n asked 2 bhiryani after me the customer came he gave the bhiryani first. And i went back again and asked for bhiryani i asked him to put a fresh bhiryani from the utensil n he refused saying i wont give it if u want u take the paked bhiryani. So i walked away from that place. I dont understand why the owner hire so rude people. They are spoiling the business as i used to come always from west drayton to buy bhiryani n tandoori chicken. I was a regular customer. But i wont go back to this place Again.
