The customer service has improved and eating is amazing as usual.

Drive-thru line was long and the speaker wasn't working, but they were working as fast as they could. My order was accurate. Workers were polite and friendly.
Chicken was good and hot but dressing was cold and mushy. Bread was hard.
Filling a sixteen piece family meal with pieces of chicken that shouldn't be there or more chicken legs no breast 3 thighs 4 wings the rest legs.... unreal... This is good that you have paid for.... or the chicken is fried hard the light has made it harder .... In a larger red beans cup there's enough to fit comfortably in a small cup...... Shame
