Usually I love PJ's service and coffee, but I walked in and just wanted a bottle of water this evening and I waited several minutes and I could hear someone talking. As I was walking out, someone finally came out from the back. This one is in the hospital lobby, usually very busy. Not good customer service!! View all feedback.
I had an actual iced coffee (not cold brew) which was very good!

Couteous service experience despite typical high price for so-called gourmet coffee. 2 smalls with 2 sandwiches was $22. Probably won't be back without a good cause.
Good coffee convenient since it's inside the hospital
A good little coffee shop where you can get work done.
