Cc's Coffee House - Houma

The coffee was excellent, with 4 shots of espresso! However, there was a fly buzzing around our table. Even though we were the only ones there, it wouldn't leave us alone.

The staff is welcoming, and the café is well-maintained. The only thing that stands out is that the complimentary WiFi is password protected. The password is quite long and can be found on a sheet of paper near the ordering counter. This can create a bit of an awkward situation since you have to enter the password on your phone right after placing your order, which may hold up the line behind you.

The chicory coffee was not available, and I observed some gnats near the cream and sugar station. Nevertheless, the coffee itself was quite enjoyable, and the staff were very friendly.

I'm giving this place a 2-star rating only because they serve the best cold brew in Houma! However, if you're planning to stop by before work, be ready to be late. The drive-thru is painfully slow—probably the slowest I've ever encountered. To make matters worse, you still have to sign for your credit card receipt. Overall, it's quite frustrating!
