The customer service, inventory, and cleanliness at this restaurant leave much to be desired. The manager really needs to hire more staff or bring in people who are more efficient. The floor was covered in trash, and my order was incorrect. They didn't even have the right lids for the ice cream. I was disappointed after driving an hour to take the kids for ice cream and coffee.

I visited this restaurant with my school group in the mid-afternoon. As we approached the door, a staff member came out and locked it without saying a word to us. We stood there for a while waiting, but no one came out to explain why we were denied service. This was poor customer service overall. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I always look forward to stopping by for coffee and ice cream on my trips up north. However, please, for the love of all that is good, fix your driveway—it's really in bad shape!
