Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

We used to get Papa Murphy's in other places where we lived and have always enjoyed it. Fresh baked pizza at home, oh yeah! We have ordered twice from this one, and both times, the crust did not crisp up. First time baked on their baking tray and the next on the tray on a pizza stone that had been preheating for 30+ minutes. I almost feel that the crust recipe used here is different from other Papa's. Disappointing. Doubt if we will be back.

Ordered online got a confirmation number and pizzas were supposed to be ready at 3pm on Friday I was there at 3pm and the doors were locked and the lights offNo one answerers the phone and when I tried to do a live chat it said there was no representatives available.I later got an email saying that the business is privately owned so there is nothing corporate can do for me it is now Wednesday and still no one answering the phones ?So now I'm out my money and pizzas ?

Have tried to get dinner on three different times all during listed store hour twice they were closed and on Friday they were only taking online orders. Feel like they prefer not to have my business. Might as well close this branch

I would do zero stars but it wouldn't let me. I ordered pizzas for a party I was having at 5:00 pm on Sunday 12/11 online. The order was accepted, they took my payment and gave me a confirmation order number. When I went to pick it up 10 minutes later, the door was locked and the lights were off! The sign on the door said they were open until 6 but no one was there! So they got my money I didn't get my pizzas.

Really good take and bake pizza for a good price. We paid $14 (with a $3 off coupon) for a Family Size Papa’s Favorite.
